I Love Chatbots!
There are many reasons why I love Chatbots. The main reasons include the fact Chatbots are permission marketing. After years of putting up with spamming emails, all it takes is one tap/click to stop further contact with a Chatbot. I also love that Chatbots are interactive and fun (well, ours are). Have you ever read one of those books that allow you to choose the next chapter? You get to choose which fork in the road to travel. Chatbot Flows offer that option, guiding you through your chosen steps. It really is a win-win situation. I also love the fact Chatbots support businesses that have more tasks than people. Or do the mundane tasks business owners don't want to do. |
My love affair with Chatbots started two years ago when I recognised their immense potential.
Even though Chatbots are easy to build, getting the desired result takes a new level of skill and determination. So after wasting a whole year scouring Youtube to uncover the secrets to building Chatbots that work, I realised it was time to bite the bullet.
Luckily for me, I discovered Andrew Warner's Bot Academy. And after many challenging months, I successfully graduated with a deeper appreciation of the diverse strategies and effective ways Chatbots build businesses.
As a strong believer in the value of education to increase one's skillset (and mindset), I'm currently enrolled in Mary Katherine Johnson's Bot Academy Mastery. And loving it!
